Quality Guarantee for Masks
We guarantee everything we make. If you are not satisfied with one of our masks at the time you receive it, or if one of our masks does not perform to your satisfaction, contact us for a repair or replacement. Damage due to wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable charge.
Please note this guarantee is only applicable for hand crafted masks made by Rewearable.
Repairs & Quality Returns
If you have a Rewearable mask that is in need of repair or with which you have encountered a quality issue, please send us the following information to email@example.com
- A clear picture of the damaged area
- A copy of the receipt or order number
- Your Name and Address
- Contact telephone number
- Item description
- Reason for return or repair
Once we have received all of the above information, we will evaluate the best possible solution for you in accordance with our warranty and policies. You will be sent the relevant documents to facilitate your return/repair.Important:
- Without the necessary documentation, no returns or repairs can be processed.
- Our repairs service is free of charge. We ask that you pay the postage rate to send your package to us. After this, all costs will be covered by Rewearable.
- All items sent back must be washed and clean. We will not accept dirty garments.
- If the item is deemed irreparable, we may, at our discretion, organise an alternative solution for you.
